Pacypay is committed to adhere to all relevant regulatory policies and directives imposed by our regulators including the FCA, FINCEN and MLR2017, Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 and industry guidance including JMLSG Codes in different jurisdictions, however not limited to it.

Our business is also aligned to PSD2 directive, PSR2017. We regularly review our company policy to mitigate all risk associated with legal and compliance, prudential risk however not limited to it.
We have robust transaction monitoring system in place for our product lines integrated to our core system and all transactions are initially vetted by our partners/payment facilitators including Alipay and WeChat to deter fraudulent activities and money laundering. We are also committed to ensure robust checks are in place to deter tax evasion.
We are committed to GDPR regulations and seek explicit consent from our merchants prior to onboarding and relevant data processing, marketing and data retention.
We ensure our business is in adherence with Bribery Act 2010 and hence we have a robust Gifts and Entertainment policy in place to deter any inducement. Apart from the aforementioned risks we also have policies in place to address conflict of interest, Sanctions & other embargoes, outsourcing regulations and CTF policy. Compliance submits regular reports to the Executive Board and to the Risk Committee of the Board of Directors. It reports on the current compliance risk situation at Pacypay and on the work of the Compliance department.
